JointBrex Supplement Facts: Reading Each Label Line
The JointBrex Supplement Facts panel lists a serving of 2 vegetable capsules and 30 servings per bottle.
Per serving: glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg, boswellia 133.3 mg, chondroitin 100 mg, turmeric root 100 mg and four extras at 16.7 mg each. No Daily Value is set for these, and it contains crustacean shellfish (crayfish).
What does the JointBrex Supplement Facts panel say?
Eight ingredients, every amount shown, one allergen line.

The JointBrex panel lists eight ingredients per serving of two vegetable capsules. Glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg comes first. Boswellia extract 133.3 mg is second. Then chondroitin sulfate and turmeric root at 100 mg each, and four extras at 16.7 mg each.
Every amount is printed. There is no proprietary blend hiding totals. That is a good sign for a reader who wants to compare doses.
This page reads the panel line by line, then the label text around it: directions, cautions, storage and the allergen line.

JointBrex Supplement Facts, line by line
Ten lines: serving, servings and eight ingredients.
Here is every line of the panel in label order. The %DV column shows a dagger (†) where the label marks the Daily Value as not established.
JointBrex Supplement Facts, per 2 capsules
| Panel line | Amount | %DV | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 2 vegetable capsules | — | Two capsules make one serving |
| Servings per container | 30 | — | One bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose |
| Glucosamine sulfate | 1,000 mg | † | The main ingredient, about 71% of active weight |
| Boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata, resin) | 133.3 mg | † | Frankincense resin; standardization not stated |
| Chondroitin sulfate | 100 mg | † | A small amount next to research doses |
| Turmeric (Curcuma longa, root) | 100 mg | † | Root powder, not curcumin extract |
| Quercetin (Sophora japonica, bud) | 16.7 mg | † | From Japanese pagoda tree buds |
| Methionine | 16.7 mg | † | An amino acid; no joint benefit claimed here |
| MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) | 16.7 mg | † | A sulfur compound |
| Bromelain (Ananas comosus, stem) | 16.7 mg | † | An enzyme from pineapple stem |
"Other ingredients" sits under the panel: cellulose (the vegetable capsule) and rice flour. For what each active ingredient does and how its dose compares with studies, see the JointBrex ingredients page.
Why is the Daily Value not established on the JointBrex label?
No official target exists, so the panel shows a dagger.
Because none of these ingredients has an official daily target. Daily Values exist for nutrients like vitamin C, calcium or fiber. Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and plant extracts are not on that list.
So the label prints a dagger and the note "Daily Value not established." That is normal for joint formulas. It does not mean anything is wrong with the product. It only means there is no official yardstick, so research doses are the next best comparison.
With no Daily Value, research doses are the yardstick
| Ingredient | JointBrex | Usual research dose |
|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine sulfate | 1,000 mg | 1,500 mg a day (LiverTox, Glucosamine, 2018) |
| Chondroitin sulfate | 100 mg | 800–1,200 mg a day (Wandel et al., BMJ 2010) |
| Boswellia extract | 133.3 mg | 100–250 mg a day (Yu et al., 2020) |

How long does a bottle of JointBrex last?
60 capsules ÷ 2 a day = 30 days.
One bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose. The math is simple: 60 capsules, two a day.
Supply by pack (prices from the info page)
| Pack | Capsules | Days at 2 a day | Price per bottle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | 60 | 30 | $89 + shipping |
| 3 bottles | 180 | 90 | $59 |
| 6 bottles | 360 | 180 | $49 |
Glucosamine trials ran about 24 weeks, so people who want a fair trial often think in months. The JointBrex price page shows each pack, and one price block on the brand page shows totals that don't match, so check the total at checkout.
What else is printed on the JointBrex label?
Directions, cautions, storage, allergen and distributor.
The panel is only part of the label. The text around it tells you how to take the capsules, who should not, and how to store them. Tap each tab for the exact wording.
"For best results, take two (2) capsules daily before a meal."
Many people use breakfast as their meal. Our how to use JointBrex guide has simple tips.
"Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition."
In short: adults only, not during pregnancy or nursing, and check with a doctor if you take medicine.
"Store this product in a cool dry place below 30°C (86°F)."
"Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place."
"Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)."
This is the line to read if you have a shellfish allergy.

The label names a distributor, not a manufacturer.
What does the front JointBrex claim mean under FDA rules?
A calm look at one line of wording.
The front label reads "For Pain Relief from Muscle & Joint Injuries*" The asterisk points to this note: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
Dietary supplements may make structure/function claims, like "supports joint comfort", with that disclaimer (FDA Q&A on Dietary Supplements, 2026). They may not make disease claims. FDA treats a statement as a disease claim when it claims an effect on a disease or on its signs or symptoms (FDA Small Entity Compliance Guide on Structure/Function Claims, 2002).
FDA's own examples of disease claims include "reduces the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis". Claiming to belong to a class of drugs, such as pain relievers, also counts. Pain-relief wording is close to that line. Whether this exact wording crosses it is for regulators to decide, not us.
What we can say plainly: no study has tested the JointBrex formula. So we describe what is in the bottle and what research found, and we don't repeat pain relief as a promise.
How FDA sorts supplement claims
| Type of statement | Example | Allowed on a supplement? |
|---|---|---|
| Structure/function | "Supports healthy joints" | Yes, with the FDA disclaimer |
| Disease claim | "Reduces the pain and stiffness of arthritis" | No; it makes the product a drug |
| Drug-class claim | "A natural pain reliever" | No, under FDA's guide |
Is JointBrex FDA approved or made in a GMP facility?
Short answer: no supplement is FDA approved.
No supplement is FDA approved. FDA does not approve supplements or their label claims before they go on sale (FDA Q&A on Dietary Supplements, 2026). The maker is responsible for safety and for truthful labels.
The JointBrex label has no FDA-registered facility statement and no GMP statement. The brand's sales page mentions an FDA-registered facility and shows FDA and GMP badges. A registered facility is a building on a list. It is not approval of the product.
No independent lab certificate has been published yet. Our testing and quality page explains what a real certificate would show.

JointBrex supplement facts questions
What is the serving size of JointBrex?
The serving size is 2 vegetable capsules. The label says to take two capsules daily before a meal, and each bottle holds 30 servings.
How many capsules are in a bottle of JointBrex?
There are 60 capsules in a bottle. At two capsules a day, that is a 30-day supply.
Why does the JointBrex label say Daily Value not established?
None of the eight ingredients is a vitamin or mineral with an official Daily Value. Glucosamine, chondroitin and herbal extracts have no daily reference amount, so the panel shows a symbol instead of a percent.
Does JointBrex have a proprietary blend?
No. Each of the eight ingredients is listed with its own amount, from glucosamine sulfate 1,000 mg down to four extras at 16.7 mg each. That makes it easy to compare with research doses.
What allergens are in JointBrex?
The label says "Contains: Crustacean shellfish (crayfish)." That comes from the glucosamine, which is usually made from shellfish shells. No other allergen is declared on the label.
Is JointBrex FDA approved?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their claims before they are sold (FDA Q&A on Dietary Supplements, 2026). The JointBrex label also carries no FDA-registered facility or GMP statement.
What does the claim on the front of the JointBrex bottle mean?
The front says "For Pain Relief from Muscle & Joint Injuries*", with an asterisk pointing to the FDA disclaimer. It is the brand's wording, not a finding from a study of the product.
Who makes JointBrex?
The label names a distributor, not a maker: Loja Experience LTDA, Aurora, CO 80011. The manufacturer is not printed on the label. This website is a U.S. stocking partner and not the manufacturer.
How should I store JointBrex capsules?
The label says: "Store this product in a cool dry place below 30°C (86°F)." Keep the lid closed, keep it out of reach of children, and do not use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Can I take more than 2 JointBrex capsules a day?
The label says do not exceed the recommended dose. Two capsules a day is the label serving. Ask your doctor before changing how you take any supplement.
